Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges by mail and in person at the DelMoSports Merchandise booth. Merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and labels attached. Customized jerseys and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Instructions for Returns & Exchanges in Store
Bring the packing slip you received with your order and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the DelMoSports Store.
Store hours and locations can be found match race event hours. Please refer to each races website for locations and hours.

2. Can’t find your packing slip? Include a note with your full name, order number, email address and selection(s) from step one.
3. Securely package your item(s) using original packaging if possible.
4. Select a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.
5. Ship to the following address:

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your return or exchange is the result of an error on our part please email us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if incorrect items or sizes were shipped or merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping.
Processing Times
Returns or exchanges submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to the DelMoSports and Tri Online Store warehouse.
Return refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7-10 business days.
Exchange item(s) will be sent to the shipping address originally provided when your order was placed. When your exchange is shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed.
